Donning their aprons each morning with the fresh enthusiasm of newcomers and the joy of creating something delicious, they pour syrup over the baklava before personally attending to and chatting with their customers.From this expansive baklava workshop, three-kilogram trays—destined for cities like Istanbul, Ankara, İskenderun, and many others—are dispatched daily via bus to customers who simply cannot forget that unique taste. For Emmoğlu, this is a long-standing tradition and a special service.
